watching various stages of cheese making processes using machinery specially imported from Europe and a visit to the Farm and the milking process using automated machines where the famous disciplined Holstein cows are milked. The experience is extremely memorable. The journey to Pune also gave an opportunity to the students to see the Sahyadri mountain ranges, the Western Ghats and the tunnels at close quarters.
